Prior to becoming an attorney, James worked in the hospitality industry since he was a boy, starting as a dishwasher and progressing up to management in privately owned and corporate hospitality operations. In addition, James has vast and extensive experience as a hospitality business entrepreneur, operations consultant, and customer service trainer, as well as a university professor teaching hospitality and business management for over 25 years. With this unique and diverse background, he can bring unparalleled insight and command of the hospitality industry to you.
